Having worked with customers globally over a number of years we understand that there are situations where a customer would like to have a project executed at their own site and also would like to manage it directly. The customer may have a team of managers, business analysts and technologists who naturally have a good understanding of the business domains and the specific for that particular customer. This team may wish to manage and steer the project under their own supervision but require the support of other technologists, creative designers or business analysts, to complete the project within time and budget.

Dexcel Software Service Group (SSG) caters to such needs of its customers by providing teams that can work as part of the customer teams on-site. While these teams could include engineers and project managers, the customer may provide their own management as well. We have successfully demonstrated our onsite capabilities to many customers.

   


Since the focus here is to augment the customer's team, we offer skill sets on diverse technologies – Embedded Hardware and Software, DSP, Linux, RTOS, SUN technologies, Microsoft Technologies and a set of special tools and middleware etc.

Dexcel Software Service Group ( SSG ) personnel are flexible to work on short or long term assignments, in any part of the world that the customer has a business interest in.

Along with onsite technical resource augmentation services, SSG also looks after:

  3. Setting up Off-Shore Development (ODC) center for customers
  4. Setting up a Technical BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) centers
