Overview
Dexcel Spark SBC is a generic Single
Board Computer using Cirus Logic 9302-IQ2 processor with ARM920T based
system on a chip. The SBC is loaded with Linux kernel ver 2.6 for
application software and system management. This SBC is targeted to a
variety of applications in the automation, data capture and media
centric tasks. The SBC can be plugged on to custom developed boards for
distributed data acquisition boards.

Functionality
The Dexcel Spark SBC had been
developed to cater to the product development community who needs the
computing and control of the custom built boards to be off loaded to a
Single Board Computer (SBC).
Dexcel Spark is targeted for rugged
and field applications in the market segment of data acquisition and
capture in a distributed SCADA environment, factory automation and
media centric tasks.
With abundance of interfaces like two
UARTs, two full speed USB 2.0, GPIOs and SPI, the board is a perfect
match for I/O intensive and multi-drop mode
